CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – FULL TIME – MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP. 

Manchester Township seeks an experienced full-time Chief Financial Officer who holds a New Jersey CMFO license with 5+ years’ experience in a municipal finance setting.  The CFO position will be in anticipation of the current CFO’s 2025 retirement.  Along with a $47 million current fund, the Township operates both water and sewer utilities as well as paid Fire and EMS Departments.  Duties of the CFO include but are not limited to annual operating and capital budget preparation and maintenance, annual financial and debt statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, debt management, cash management, monitoring internal financial controls, grant reporting and payroll processing.  The CFO position reports to the Township Administrator.  Experience with Edmunds MCSJ and Prime Point is a plus.  Manchester Township offers a competitive salary and benefits package based upon experience and qualifications.  Salary commensurate with experience.  To view full jog description, apply, and send your resume please visit Manchester Township – Open Positions
